On January 9, 2001, the third staff congress of Hunan Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Import and export group passed the assets reorganization plan of Hunan Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. for shareholding system reform and establishment of listed companies, which opened the prelude to the establishment of the company.
On April 17, 2001, the company officially named "xinwufeng", and the joint stock company had its own name.
On June 8, 2001, the National People's Congress of the company's sponsors was held solemnly, and the hands of the five promoters were tightly held together for the first time.
On June 28, 2001, the company officially went through the industrial and commercial registration procedures in Hunan Provincial Administration for Industry and commerce, and new Wufeng was born.
In July 2001, the company successively established six branches, including Yong'an branch, BOLUO branch (now Huizhou Branch), Zhuhai branch, Shenzhen Branch, Xiangxiang branch, Shaoshan Changfeng animal husbandry Co., Ltd. (90% of the shares).
